This is my favorite breakfast smoothie! This is the one that my husband also requests me to make!
This would be a perfect snack too! They are completely THM friendly!

Love this, I swapped out all the Lemon ingredients for Lime, and it is delicious, I also used Lakanto Golden Monk Fruit because I have reactions to stevia use, and it has more of a gentle sweetness to it vs. the monk fruit extract. Made this for my daughters and myself. Loved by all.

Hi Janae,
Would you mind telling me how much Monk fruit you used for this recipe? How did you make the conversion as I plan to use Mung Friut. Thank you!

This is AMAZING! I didn’t have lemon juice so I used roughly 1/2 cup of BAI 5 lemonade and the juice of 1 lime for 2 shakes. It is the beach in a cup!

I was looking for something easy to whip up to curb my late night hunger & sweet craving, when I ran into this – so easy & delicious! I took others advice & used limes as this is what I had on hand. It tasted like lime sherbet & that’s what I told my non THM hubby & he was like sure keep telling yourself that & I sure did to the very last drop!!! Haha
Sue says
I love lemonade and have been missing it. This takes care of that craving, Super delish!
Tonia Ahrendt says
Do you think it would be ok to subscribe cottage cheese for the greek yogurt??
Sarah Criddle says
Yes you sure can!
Lisa says
That looks refreshing!

Sarah Criddle says
