Zesty Lemon Cream Dip- a fun summery dip that is sugar-free and low carb with lots of flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
1 – 8oz package of room temp cream cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 tbsp of lemon zest
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of vanilla
4 tbsp of THM Gentle Sweet
a pinch of mineral salt
1 pound of washed fresh strawberries
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together well.
Serve with strawberries.
Keep in fridge.
