You will definitely want to make this yummy Zesty Lemon Cream Dip! Its one of those fun dips that will stand out because of it’s zesty flavor. I couldn’t get enough of it nor could my kids.
How pretty are these colors! I love everything about lemon! I love the color, the flavor and the smell. It just smells of summer, of clean & fresh!
A great way to eat this dip is with strawberries. Think Strawberry Lemonade! Or Pink Starbursts!
Zesty Lemon Cream Dip is so easy to make and it uses very simple ingredients except for the Sweetener. I used a sugar-free sweetener alternative called THM Gentle Sweet. If you are a Trim Healthy Mama you should be familiar with it… but if not, it’s the best sweetener! It’s also ground very fine with works well with icing & dips.
I used this recipe as an icing for my Sweet Vanilla Bundt Cake… oh my goodness, it’s AMAZING with that! You just need a big dollop on top of a slice! So incredibly! Believe me you won’t know this is actually sugar free and low carb!

Ingredients
1 – 8oz package of room temp cream cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 tbsp of lemon zest
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of vanilla
4 tbsp of THM Gentle Sweet
a pinch of mineral salt
1 pound of washed fresh strawberries
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together well.
Serve with strawberries.
Keep in fridge.
Enjoy.
