This is comfort food, right here! I wasn’t feeling well the other day. I needed chicken soup! I also needed something creamy. Here you go! Super easy! In fact, my chicken did not have enough time to thaw completely so I just cut up the frozen chicken and threw that into the pot.
This fed about 4 adults so I would increase the veggies, broth or water, & add maybe a cup of heavy whipping cream to make it go further!! It was really full of meat and veggies so you could just stretch the recipe by added more cream & broth or water! It was really good and filling! An S meal if you follow Trim Healthy Mama!
