THANK YOU PREGNANCY CRAVINGS!!!! I think you all will thank me for this one! Another simple recipe but let me tell you, if I was left alone with this, I would eat every. single. bit. and then lick the bowl too! It’s that good!
For us Trim Healthy Mama’s (<— store/aff link) we really don’t miss out when it comes to dessert! This is an S dessert.
Take this beautiful dessert dip to any party and I guarantee they will NOT even know it’s not sugar free or “on plan”!
This is an S so you want to keep to S fruits or crackers to dip it in BUT if you are ok with a crossover once in awhile try APPLES!!!! Otherwise, I just served with strawberries and it was AMAZING!! I’d even eat this with celery stick, haha! Oh you can even add some chopped peanuts or pecans to this!
I really hope you enjoy this lovely dip… I know I am, and I’m NOT SHARING IT!
PS. These are low carb and gluten free. You can also use almond butter!

Yes! I added that to the blog post! 🙂

Do you have the total carb count for the whole recipe? Looks like I would eat the whole thing but want to stay on plan 🙂
Sarah says
I don’t… haha, I could eat it all too…

TO GET MACRO COUNTS I use MyFitnessPal under food and “create recipe” then enter all the ingredients. It even has how many servings the recipe makes. This also makes it easy to add homemade items to your food log if you keep track.
Sarah: Thank you for sharing this. It sounds soooo delish! I can’t wait to try it.
Trudy says
How many servings is this?
Sarah says
Really it’s up to you… 4 to six depending on how far you can make it go… but my daughter and I shared.:)

This looks amazing! I am def going to make this when strawberries are in season! I did find a mistake, I believe. You have 1/4 cup stevia listed…is that supposed to be 1/4 tsp?
Sarah says
oops.. yes, that’s 1/4 tsp not cup!
joyce says
where is the 1/4 cup stevia, that you are changing to 1/4 tsp? your recipe says ‘pyure stevia’, which i thought was a blend of erythritol and stevia, not plain stevia…. am i confused?? even if it’s a blend, i think 1/4 cup might be too much (i thought the pyure and the thm super sweet blend were used the same quantity-wise)
Sarah says
It is Pyure Stevia the brand. I used 1/4 a cup… but you can use two tablespoons if that seems too much. 🙂
