Here is another follow up to go along with my dinner and breakfast menus for 15 days of Trim Healthy Mama!
I hope this helps some of you! I tried to coordinate with switching up meals types the best I could and having it work with the dinner or leftovers… if y’all have any. Since our family is growing I rarely have leftovers! Switch this up any way you want or how ever it works well with you! Trim Healthy Mama is so adaptable to whatever you feel in the mood for!
Lunch Menu for 15 Days of Trim Healthy Mama
Monday- Salmon apple salad with balsamic dressing (E)
Tuesday- Chicken salad sandwich on low carb tortillas or approved pita bread (S or FP using lite mayo)
Wednesday- Cob Salad with Eggs (S)
Thursday- 2 Wasa or Ryvita crackers with laughing cow cheese & lunch meat & FSF (FP)
Friday- Leftover broiled fish with baked sweet potato (E)
Saturday- Pizza on approved lavash bread (S)
Sunday- Leftover Lentils (E)
Monday- Bean burritos with salsa (E)
Tuesday- Leftover Spaghetti Squash Casserole (in my blog categories) (S)
Wednesday- Leftover Chicken & Brown Rice soup (in my blog categories) (E)
Thursday- Chicken Wrap with mustard & peach shake (E)
Friday- Big FP salmon salad (FP)
Saturday- Leftover Orange Chicken & Brown Rice casserole (in my blog categories) (E)
Sunday- Sandwich with light mayo or mustard on Ezekiel Bread with lowfat meat & fruit (E)
Monday- Leftover chili no cheese or sour cream with brown rice or quinoa (E)

Thank you for these menus, I just found them! I’m curious what dinner menu this is supposed to go with. I don’t see the lunches that are leftovers going with the previous night’s dinners with the menus I’ve found.
