Hey y’all!! I am sure you know by now that I have had lots of success following the Trim Healthy Mama plan!! It’s an amazing way to eat! And I’ve dieted off and on through out the years but never found a plan I knew I would stick with. On Weight Watchers I had to starve myself to get results… didn’t last long. On Trim Healthy Mama, I am pretty much always satisfied. And the times I do mess up I know that I am back on plan in three hours! Please check out their website: www.trimhealthymama.com and their facebook page for all the testimonies of people (yes men too, and kids, not just mamas) turning their health around! It can be overwhelming to get started at first… not sure how to switch up the dinners, lunches, etc. So I thought I would share for y’all some of my cheats. Here is my 15 days of Trim Healthy Mama dinner menu part 1. Hope this helps you out! You can switch this up any way you want! Use the leftovers for your lunch menu switch up. Even if you are not on Trim Healthy Mama this is still a great dinner menu for meal planning! You can basically just start over or switch it all up to make your “Monthly Dinner Menu” and grocery list!! I’ve listed recipes from the book by the page. Also, I have my recipes linked to the post in my blog, just click the link. Blesssings!!

This might be a silly question. Do you have your lentil soup in the low carb tortilla? Sounds interesting!
Sarah says
You can have a low carb tortilla with your lentil soup. You could also have some bake blue corn tortilla chips! 🙂

Wondering where to find the recipes, ex. Taco salad with gauc (s)
Sarah says
Oh… I don’t actually have a recipe for that but am working on putting my guac recipe up hopefully today. But for the taco salad, I do have a crockpot taco meat recipe… you would just put that over salad and add sour cream, cheese, salsa & or guac! 🙂

Hi there, thanks so much for the menu ideas & all the help you give! I just have a question about how to find the recipes that don’t have a link or page number beside them, like the Taco salad & chicken fajitas.
Blessings!
Sarah says
Yes, I need to re work this… it was an older post and I figured everyone had their own way of doing fajitas. But I will work on getting recipe for this!
