Here is a follow up to my Dinner Menu for 15 days of Trim Healthy Mama! I added the pages for recipes in the book. Hope this is helpful! I know when I was first starting out, anything to help get things organized or even down on paper was a big help to me. I NEEDED a meal plan to follow!! Enjoy!!
Breakfast Menu for 15 days of Trim Healthy Mama
Monday- Omelets (eggs, bacon, cheese, mushrooms, onions, salsa) (S)
Tuesday- Baked Oatmeal with fruit (soak overnight) (E)
Wednesday- Fat Stripping Frappa page 240 (FP)
Thursday- THM Pancakes (cook enough to freeze) page 223 (E)
Friday- MIM (muffin in a mug) with greek yogurt page 256 (S)
Saturday- Big Boy Smoothie page 242 (FP)
Sunday- Greek Yogurt or Cottage Cheese 1% fat & Peaches (E)
Monday- Easy Peazy Cinnamon Muffin (2 of these) page 262 (S)
Tuesday- Chia Tapioca Pudding (make the night before) page 234 (FP)
Wednesday- Breakfast burrito (egg whites, veggies, Mexican brown rice on low carb tortilla) page 234 (E)
Thursday- Savory Protein Muffins (I call them Egg Puffs and load them with all kinds of yum) page 221 (S)
Friday- THM Pancakes with berry sauce page 223 (E)
Saturday- THM Thin Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake (Gwen’s Nest Website) (S)
Sunday- Satisfying Granola (eat with almond milk or yogurt) page 237 (S)
Monday- Crepe’s with crème cheese & blue berry sauce page 220 (S)

I think it is in the old book… but there are other great protein muffins in the new book you can substitute for that!

Add:
2 dashes cayenne
1 dash smoked paprika
3 ‘twists’ of ground black pepper
