Hey y’all! Here is part 2 of my Dinner Menu for 15 Days of Trim Healthy Mama. I posted links to my recipes on my blog and the page numbers of recipes in the book. I will try to get a grocery list going for this too but for now here are the dinner ideas! Hope this helps you out some on your journey as a Trim Healthy Mama! We have a family of 7 so our meals are based on that size. If your family is not that big simply cut the recipe in half or so! If you need more information about the book Trim Healthy Mama please click the link!! It is an amazing lifestyle that I was so blessed to discover almost a year ago. It changed my health for the better is so many more ways than just weight loss. I gained my confidence back, my energy feels like it’s back in my early 20’s, I can keep up with our growing family of almost 6 kiddos, my aches and pains are GONE, I am just able to keep up all around. Give it a shot if you are at your ropes end, like I was! Enjoy and God bless you!
