I’m wanting to know if there is a SWEETNER CONVERSION LIST . And I am wondering if there is a SUBSTITUTE LIST for if you are out of a product can you substitute another ingredient in its place and how much to use. As in having Coconut flour but a recipe calls for Almond flour. How much would I use? Seems I’m always out of an ingredient and I’m new at this so I’m trying to stay positive but don’t want to ruin/waste ingredients.

There are definitely both of those lists you are talking about! If you go to the actually THM website you will find a conversion list for the sweeteners!! And just google for a conversion list for I would say GLUTEN FREE flours!! That’s what I did!! 🙂
