Hey guys, I made myself a quick easy Simple One Week Menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks so I wanted to pass this on… hopefully it will help you out too!!
Breakfast-
Eggs in butter (S)
THM Pancake (E pg 223)
Egg Tacos (S)
Oatmeal (cooked or baked Jennifer Griffin’s recipe)
Crustless Quiche (S)
Smoothie (FP BBS or FSF on pgs 241 & 242)
Blueberry Muffins (S) (I used strawberries for this recipe instead of blueberries..)
Lunch-
Smoothie (FP pgs 241-242)
Tuna or Chicken Salad (S)
Lentil Soup (E)
Beef Tacos (S) or Spaghetti (S)
Big Boy Smoothie (FP pg 242)
Salmon Salad (S)
Chicken & Brown Rice Soup (E)
Dinner-
Lentil Soup (E)
Baked Fish with roasted veggies (S)
Spaghetti & Meat Sauce with a salad (S)
Chicken Tortilla Soup (E version)
Chicken Enchiladas with homemade guacamole'(S)
Chicken and Brown Rice Soup (E)
Hamburger Patties with roasted veggies or salad (S)
Snacks-
Greek Yogurt & Stawberries (FP)
Cowboy Cookies (S)
Smoothies (FP, BBS or FSF page 241 & 242)
Cottage Berry Whip (FP pg 379)
Brownie in a Bowl (S)
Below are the grocery lists for the above meals… We have a family of 8 with 3 adult eaters, two middle school eaters, two toddler eaters and one baby eater. Also, on some of the lunch days I will have my kids eat sandwiches instead (I did not include the bread or peanut butter in my grocery list for those items). Hope this helps! Dreamfields Pasta has not had a good review on the internet. Is it “safe” to use on the THM program? If so, how often can we have this. I don’t want to sabotage my progress.

Yes it’s something Pearl (one of the authors uses once or even twice a month. I use it about twice a month. I don’t think more than that would be acceptable.

Thank you for this simple menu. I’ve been wanting to change things up, so I’ve been using THM menus from various bloggers. This week+ is this one! Yay! I did notice a few items were missing from the shopping list: frozen blueberries, 1 can Rotel, jar of salsa, tomato paste, bag of spinach. You might want to update this post to include those items on the shopping list. Looking forward to having these meals!
