Oh my oh my… I LOVE Brussel Sprouts! Now give these little guys a shot! They are so very good!! And the color is so beautiful! These make such a great side dish with any meal, really!
My kids actually beg for them… that’s a little strange but it’s true! All five of my kids like them.
Get you a big bag (at least a 1 lb bag maybe two if you like them that much or have a bigger crowd to feed). You shouldn’t have to do much more than wash them off and let the water drip off of it.
Look at how pretty these are! I love food with color!
Drizzle about 3 or 4 tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil onto a big baking dish or cookie sheet. Pour your Brussel Sprouts onto the cookie sheet & mix up using your hands until all the sprouts are coated. Sprinkle salt, pepper, & a spicy seasoning over the sprouts and mix again. Make sure each sprout is coated well!
Bake at 400 degrees for at least 20 minutes. Checking them every 10 minutes or less to make sure they don’t burn. EAT UP!!!! If you are following the Trim Healthy Mama book, this is an S side because of the oil but if you cut back the oil, this could easily be an FP side dish!! It adds so much to a meal! Please give brussel sprouts a try!
