Sarah says
Yes, I forgot to add it… the Letters to the right are the Letters of the day so of the week. 😉 I updated it… thank you!!!
Michelle says
After I made the comment I noticed the S was for the day of the week. But now with the (E) at the end others wont wonder when they see the S at the beginning. Love, Love, Love your recipes!

Thank you SO much for posting your menus. It makes my planning so much easier with such great THM resources out there such as these. Happy cooking!!
Sarah says
Yay, I am so glad it’s a help… I am just posting what I make for the week. I may tweak a few things but this is mostly it! 😉
Jen says
I keep seeing thm and the letters at the end of the recipes but I don’t know what that means. Can you explain it to me? I feel I missed the boat.
Sarah says
THM stands for Trim Healthy Mama ( you can read all about it at http://www.trimhealthymama.com). It was a big lifestyle change for me for the better. I love love love THM! 🙂
Jacque Dunn says
Your site is my favorite! I love it all but especially the menus and recipes. I live in Oklahoma so we are neighbors and have the same taste in food Keep up the great work. You are definitely making a difference.
Sarah says
Thank you so much! <3
Karan says
I saw your recipe for BBQ sauce that refers to your catsup, but I couldn’t find the recipe for the catsup! Please help!
Sarah says
My recipe is based off the ketchup recipe from the old Trim Healthy Mama book. I cannot give out the exact ingredients because of copy right laws but if you have that book, make the ketchup then add my extra ingredients to make the BBQ sauce. 🙂
Pat says
Thank you for the menu plan. It helps to see what others eat for E meals, since that is the hardest for me.
Sarah says
Yes, E was the hardest to wrap my head around at first! 😉
Kathy says
Thanks so much for sharing menus with us I don’t always follow it exactly but it is so helpful in directing this fairly new THM!!
Sarah says
You are so welcome!
Stephanie McLeod says
Can I ask about the Monte Cristos? The recipe to make them THM friendly?
Sarah says
I fry a tortilla in butter, add cheese & ham and then fold in half and toast some more. Then I sprinkle with just a little Gentle Sweet. 🙂
Lori says
For the cream cheese, cottage cheese and regular cheeses in your recipes are you using full fat?
Thank you!!
Sarah says
Yes full fat for the cream cheese and 2% for the cottage cheese. Full fat for regular cheese also!

When you post a page number for the recipes, what book are you referring to? I have the THM cookbook by Pearl & Serena, but the page numbers don’t correspond with the right recipe. LOVE your recipes and your website! Thanks!
Sarah says
Hmmm, I must be going off of the original book… I will try to revise this soon!
Mary says
your sample THM 7 day menu has page numbers after some of the recipes. In what book would I find these recipes? I have the THM cookbook, but the pages don’t correspond to the recipes. I love your website and your recipes. The best I have found! ( I have been THMing for about a year and a half). Thanks!
Sarah says
Yes, it’s going off the original book… I need to update this!
